Job advertised: International student coordinator and Digital Marketing for the International Department

Contract: 11-month contract, entitled to 18 paid days of holiday (possibility to be reviewed and extended).

Salary: €19,500 (over 11 months)

Working Hours:

9am – 4pm from Monday to Thursday.


Friday is a day off.


Work every Saturday during the academic year (25th August – 31st September) following the Saturday timetable of activities for International students.

Job Specification
Marketing
• Developing a digital marketing strategy for Rosemont International Department.
• Updating website: photos, videos, posts, and unifying the overall narrative, aligned with the new digital marketing strategy.
• Production of photos at our events, trips and subsequent upload on Instagram and other online channels.
• Manage Instagram and Facebook accounts.
• Production of marketing promotional videos.
• Design of brochures.
• Ongoing communications with our alumni.

International trips
• Organisation of 4 trips around Europe: Spain, Paris, London and Rome. Liaison with assigned travel agency.
• Ongoing communication with parents to inform them of these trips.
• Payments follow up.
• Administration work related to international trips: dealing with providers and follow up.
• Lead all 4 trips abroad, looking after students and their needs at all times. Take responsibility for the group of students along with a second teacher.
• Allocated time-off (1-2 days) generally the week after the trip takes place.

Managing International Students Cohort
• Mentoring 25-30 students (each girl is mentored every 3 weeks for 15 – 20 minutes).
• Attending parent teacher meetings for the 25-30 students and emailing their parents thereafter.
• Organising Saturday activity or trip for the academic year. Students will need to be supervised at all times.
• Ample availability for students during school hours 9-4pm or 9-3.20pm. Oftentimes, students might need advice, someone to talk to or general guidance.

Job Requirements
• University degree required.
• Experience in digital marketing.
• Experience with students, particularly exposure with teens.
• Age required: 24+
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, both in English and Spanish.
• Planning, organisational and management skills.
• A people person, self-resolute and demonstrated personal initiative.

Language Requirements:
English – Native & Spanish – Intermediate Level.
Spanish – Native & English – Bilingual (At least C1).
